Announcing Surge Events: A Brand-New Event Series from UFL – Get Ready for Surge: Road to Garrincha
Hello UFL Players!
We’re very excited to introduce Surge, a brand-new, unique event type in UFL. The first Surge Event is launching on February 19 and will run until February 26. These special events are designed for those who are ready to take on the challenge, strengthen their squad with truly incredible Legendary cards, and elevate their lineup to a whole new level.
In this article, we’ll take a closer look at how Surge Events work, the opportunities they offer, and how you can gain access to them.
How Surge Events Work
Surge Events are a dynamic and engaging new event format for UFL featuring special opportunities and rewards. During the first Surge Event, players will need to complete 10 challenges within 7 days. As you progress, the difficulty will gradually increase.
Challenges will unlock sequentially, one after another, as you advance through the event. At the same time, strategic thinking will be rewarded — players can preview the Surge’s challenges in advance. Their conditions are displayed from the start, allowing you to effectively plan and prepare your strategy.
Free and Premium Reward Tracks
The best thing about the Surge? Everyone can participate! Surge Events offer two progression tracks, Free and Premium, allowing every player to choose the participation format that suits them best so they can get the most out of each Surge. The Premium track unlocks additional opportunities for faster and more efficient progression, but the Free track is just as much fun!
In both tracks, any challenge can be skipped using LP. Once skipped, the objective is automatically considered completed, the rewards become available to claim, and the next challenge unlocks. The skip cost is fixed for all stages and amounts to 500 LP.
Players can also complete the entire Surge in one action using the special ”COMPLETE ALL CHALLENGES” option, which unlocks all remaining stages and rewards with a single purchase. The cost is calculated dynamically and depends on the progress already achieved.

How to Join
To gain access, go to the Events section and select the Surge Event. You can also open it instantly via the banner in the main menu.
The Surge Event launches on February 19 and runs until February 26 for a total of 7 days. During this time, you’ll need to complete a series of 10 challenges. Finish one challenge to unlock the next and continue your progression.
