UFL CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

Strikerz Inc. (a publishing brand of XTEN Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus) (the "Strikerz Inc.") sponsors and administers the promotion - the UFL contest (the “Contest”).

Individual that has entered the Contest is referred to as the “Participant” or “you”, all individuals that have entered the Contest are collectively referred to as the “Participants”.

By entering this Contest, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these rules, and any amendments to them (the “Rules”) and the decisions of Strikerz Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.

  1. Eligibility

    The Contest is open to individuals:

    1. of 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is older). If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence), you must seek your parent or legal guardian to read and accept these Rules before participation;
    2. who are residents of the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, United States, Uruguay, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom (the “Eligible Countries”);
    3. who fully and unconditionally agree to these Rules; and
    4. who have an account in good standing with Instagram, X and/or Facebook, depending on your social media preferences and Channels (as defined in Section 3 of these Rules) you follow, in each case in compliance with all applicable terms and conditions,

    (together - the “Eligibility Requirements”).

    Participation is void outside the Eligible Countries and where prohibited or restricted by law. Strikerz Inc. may require proof of residency and age and disqualify any entry if the Eligibility Requirements are not met or for other reasons if so required by law.

    Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  2. Contest Period

    The Contest begins at 09:00:00 UTC on 07 December 2024 and ends at 21:59:59 UTC on 09 December 2024 (the “Contest Period”).

  3. Channels

    On 07 December 2024 and in a series of posts Strikerz Inc. will post an announcement related to the Contest on the following official social media channels (the “Channels”):

    1. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uflgame/;
    2. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/uflgame/; and
    3. X: https://x.com/UFLgame.

  4. How to Enter the Contest

    To enter the Contest, you shall during the Contest Period:

    1. meet the Eligibility Requirements (as set out in Section 1 of these Rules);
    2. have Internet connection; and
    3. leave a comment with your answer to the question specified in the relevant post related to the Contest on the relevant Channel;

    (together - the “Entry”).

    You are permitted to publish only one Entry per Channel (i.e., in total you may have three Entries – one per Channel). Entries using multiple accounts in one Channel owned by one person will be ineligible.

    Entries must be appropriate for all audiences. Entries must not contain any racial, religious or ethnic slurs, explicit language, obscene, pornographic, violent, or sexual content, libel, hate speech, references to alcohol, drugs or other illicit substances, or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate content, as determined by Strikerz Inc. in its sole discretion.

    No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter the Contest.

    Strikerz Inc. is not responsible for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic.

  5. Prizes, Winners, and Delivery

    The Contest includes one (1) type of prize - PlayStation®5 console Slim Digital Edition with specifications as determined by Strikerz Inc. in its sole discretion (approximate retail value – EUR 480, 00) (the “Prize”).

    The Contest includes three (3) Prizes for three (3) winners in total. The limit is one (1) Prize per one (1) winner.

    If for any reason an advertised Prize is unavailable, Strikerz Inc. reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.

    Strikerz Inc. will cover the costs of Prize shipment. Winners will be solely responsible for the payment of any additional national, federal, state, local or other taxes of any kind in relation to any Prize.

    The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitution of the Prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted. The Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, expressed or implied, except where prohibited by law.

    During the period from 10 December 2024 to 11 December 2024 Strikerz Inc. will conduct a random drawing from all Entries and determine three (3) potential winners.

    The Contest results will be published on 12 December 2024 in the comments section of each relevant post on the relevant Channel.

    The potential winners will be notified on or around 12 December 2024 by direct message to the Instagram, Facebook or X account specified in the winning Entry.

    The potential winners will have seven (7) calendar days from the day on which the Contest results have been communicated to them in a message from Strikerz Inc. to:

    1. confirm via direct message to Strikerz Inc. on the relevant Channel whether they accept the Prize; and
    2. provide Strikerz Inc. with a postal address and/or any other details required for the Prize delivery.

    If Strikerz Inc. cannot contact a potential winner, or the potential winner refuses to accept the Prize, or fails to provide Strikerz Inc. with any requested documents or information within the required time period, such potential winner will be disqualified or considered ineligible, and the Prize will be forfeited or returned as undeliverable.

    If a potential winner is disqualified or ineligible, or the Prize is forfeited for any reason, Strikerz Inc. will award that Prize in its sole discretion to an alternate winner from all remaining eligible Entries.

    The Participants acknowledge and accept that delivery of the Prizes to certain destinations may be significantly hampered or impossible for reasons beyond Strikerz Inc. control.

    In the event that the delivery address for the Prize given by the winner is located in a territory to which delivery of the Prize is not possible or is significantly impeded for reasons beyond Strikerz Inc. control, Strikerz Inc. shall contact the winner in order to arrange an alternative delivery location for the Prize. Strikerz Inc. is not liable if the information provided by the winner does not match actual recipient identification, in which result the delivery of the Prize may be rejected or delayed in shipping or customs.

    Upon request by Strikerz Inc., the winner has to provide Strikerz Inc. with all documents and information required by applicable law. Such documents and information may include, in particular, information required for fulfilling tax, anti-money laundering and/or anti-fraud obligations and have to be submitted within seven (7) calendar days upon delivery of Strikerz Inc. request to the winner.

  6. General

    The decision of Strikerz Inc. is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to this Contest and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.

    Strikerz Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, modify, extend or suspend the Contest and/or the Prize, including the right to vary or amend the amount or type of Prizes, and the Participant agrees that no liability shall attach to Strikerz Inc. as a result thereof.

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strikerz Inc. and its agents and/or commercial partners assume no responsibility and are not liable for: (i) the accuracy or otherwise of any Prize description or illustration; (ii) (where applicable) the non-availability, loss, late receipt or damage of any text or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) (other than those warranties or conditions implied by the Rules and which cannot be excluded) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of a Prize; (iv) any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you accepting the Prize; or (v) any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which Participants may be required to pay in connection with a Prize. Nothing in these Rules shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of your statutory rights as a consumer.

    These Rules shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Unless otherwise provided by applicable mandatory rules of consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

    The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision herein shall not affect in any way the validity and enforceability of any other provision of these Rules.

    This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or X.

    The sponsor and promoter of this Contest is XTEN Limited, whose registered office is at Office 701, 169 Archiepiskopou Makariou III, CEDARS OASIS TOWER, 3027, Limassol, Cyprus.

  7. Personal Data Protection. By entering the Contest or receiving the Prize, you may provide certain personal information to Strikerz Inc., required to organise, hold, and promote the Contest and/or to provide the Prize. Your personal information will be processed by Strikerz Inc., acting as a data controller, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and its Game Privacy Policy, and Participants confirm that they have acknowledged it.
