UFL AND RABONA ENCOUNTERS DRAW OFFICIAL RULES

Strikerz Inc. (a publishing brand of XTEN Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus) (the "Strikerz Inc.") sponsors the promotion - the UFL&Rabona Encounters draw (the “Draw”). 

Rabona (a brand of RABONA GmbH, a company incorporated under German law) administers the Draw (the "Rabona"). 

The Draw is offered to promote UFL, a free-to-play football game for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®5 Pro, and Xbox Series X|S (the “UFL”).

Individual that has entered the Draw is referred to as the “Participant” or “you”, all individuals that have entered the Draw are collectively referred to as the “Participants”.

By entering this Draw, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these rules, and any amendments to them (the “Rules”) and the decisions of Rabona, which are final and binding in all respects.

  1. Eligibility

    The Draw is open to individuals:

    (a) of 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is older);

    (b) who are residents of the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, United States, Uruguay, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom (the “Eligible Countries”);

    (c) who fully and unconditionally agree to these Rules; and

    (d) who have an account in good standing with Twitch in compliance with all applicable terms and conditions,

    (together - the “Eligibility Requirements”).

    Participation is void outside the Eligible Countries and where prohibited or restricted by law. Rabona may require proof of residency and age and disqualify any entry if the Eligibility Requirements are not met or for other reasons if so required by law.

    Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  2. Draw Period

    The Draw begins with the commencement of the first live stream broadcast on the respective Channel (as set out in Section 3 of these Rules) scheduled for 28 November 2024 and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on 31 December 2024 (the “Draw Period”).

  3. How to Enter the Draw

    To enter the Draw, you shall meet the Eligibility Requirements (as set out in Section 1 of these Rules), have an Internet connection and a Twitch account, and submit your entry by typing a special command to the chat once the chatbot is launched during the stream promoting UFL on the following influencers channels (the “Channels”):

    Entries shall be submitted within the specified timeframe: (i) as indicated in the original post; or (ii) during the period when the chatbot is launched during the relevant stream on the Channel. Only one entry per stream is permitted. 

    In the event of duplicate entries or a failure to meet the Eligibility Requirements, the Participant may be disqualified.

    No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter the Draw.

  4. Prize

    The Draw includes two (2) types of prizes (together – the “Prize”):

    (a) one (1) PlayStation®Store gift card (approximate retail value – EUR 20.00); or

    (b) one (1) Xbox Gift Card (approximate retail value – EUR 20.00).

    The winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received during the Draw Period via a randomizer chosen at Rabona’s sole discretion. 

    To get the Prize, you shall:

    (a) during the Draw Period, enter the Draw (as set out in Section 3 of these Rules); and

    (b) respond within seven (7) days to Rabona via the private message tool Whisper on Twitch, if you are selected as a winner. 

    The Draw includes forty (40) Prizes in total. Each winner is eligible to receive one (1) specific type of Prize depending on the winner’s preferred platform (PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store) provided in response to Rabona’s request via the private message tool Whisper on Twitch. 

    The Prizes will be available while supply lasts. Once the Prizes have all been given away, the Draw will be closed.

    To receive the Prize, the winner shall have a PlayStation™Network or Microsoft|Xbox account. For detailed instructions on how to redeem the Prize, please refer to the PlayStation® or Xbox support pages. 

    Terms and exclusions apply, please refer to the PlayStation or Xbox pages for details. 

    The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitution of the Prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted. The Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, expressed or implied, except where prohibited by law.  

  5. General

    The decision of Rabona is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to this Draw and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.

    Rabona reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, modify, extend or suspend the Draw and/or the Prize, including the right to vary or amend the amount of Prizes, or the type of Prizes, and the Participant agrees that no liability shall attach to Rabona and/or Strikerz Inc. as a result thereof.

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rabona and/or Strikerz Inc. and their agents and/or commercial partners assume no responsibility and are not liable for: (i) the accuracy or otherwise of any Prize description or illustration; (ii) (where applicable) the non-availability, loss, late receipt or damage of any text or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) (other than those warranties or conditions implied by the Rules and which cannot be excluded) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of a Prize; (iv) any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you accepting the Prize; or (v) any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which Participants may be required to pay in connection with a Prize. Nothing in these Rules shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of your statutory rights as a consumer.  

    These Rules shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Unless otherwise provided by applicable mandatory rules of consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

    The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision herein shall not affect in any way the validity and enforceability of any other provision of these Rules.

    This Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitch.

    The sponsor of this Draw is XTEN Limited, whose registered office is at Office 701, 169 Archiepiskopou Makariou III, CEDARS OASIS TOWER, 3027, Limassol, Cyprus.

    The administrator of this Draw is RABONA GmbH, whose registered office is at Von-Werth-Str. 3, 50670 Koln, Germany.

  6. Personal Data Protection. By entering the Draw or receiving the Prize, you may provide certain personal information to Rabona and/or Strikerz Inc., required to organise, hold, and promote the Draw and/or to provide the Prize. Your personal information will be processed by Rabona and/or Strikerz Inc., acting as data joint controllers, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Strikerz Inc. Privacy Policy and Rabona’s Privacy Policy, and Participants confirm that they have acknowledged it.
