Important Updates to UFL EULA

Date: 30/09/2025

We’re updating our End-User License Agreement (EULA) to clarify your rights and to provide certain other information to you. The updated EULA will take effect as of October 30, 2025. You can read the updated EULA here.

A brief summary of some key changes:

  • We have clarified that additional conditions may apply when offering early access, beta tests, or similar programs (Preamble).

  • We have updated information on payment processing and Merchants of Record (Sections 2.2, 2.6, 2.9), and introduced provisions on account creation and use when registering on our website (Section 3).

  • We have updated the Rules of Conduct to provide clearer guidance on unacceptable behavior, introduced the UFL Code of Conduct as part of the EULA, and clarified related provisions (Preamble, Sections 6.1-6.4, 7.6). We also have explained more clearly how anti-cheat and monitoring measures are used (Section 6.5).

  • We have clarified the rules on termination of the Agreement and its consequences (Section 10).

  • We have clarified the provisions on how future updates to the EULA may be made (Sections 13.2, 13.3).

  • We have updated our contact details by adding the Support website and updating our email address (Section 15).

We have clarified that if you continue using the Services after October 30, 2025, you will need to confirm your acceptance of the updated EULA (e.g., by clicking “I Agree” or a similar button).

Regional updates:

Only for EU users

  • We have removed the reference to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repeals Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 and discontinues the ODR Platform as of 20 July 2025 (Section 11.4).

  • We have added our Support website to the Instructions on withdrawal from purchases of digital content and digital services.

We have clarified that we will request your consent to the updated EULA (by clicking “I Agree” or similar button) in your Game. If you do not consent, the previous version of the Agreement will continue to apply to you; however, in that case we may terminate the EULA with 14 calendar days’ notice. Also, if you disagree with the changes, you can terminate the EULA as set out in the updated Section 9.2 of the EULA.

Only for US users

  • Section 17.5.1 has been clarified to confirm it also applies to the UFL Code of Conduct.
